General Return Policy

1. Products purchased at HydroPro Enterprises Pvt Ltd are returnable only when the item you have received at your doorstep is in a physically damaged condition, has missing accessories, is defective, or is different from their description on the product detail page at HydroPro Enterprises Pvt Ltd.

2. If you report an issue with your purchased item, we contact you for inspection

3. The return will be processed only when

   1. It is determined that the product does not get damaged while in your processing

   2. the product is not different from what was shipped to you

   3. the should be in original condition (should have brand/manufacturer's box, MRP tag, user manual, and all other accessories along with warranty card)

4. Products marked as non-returnable on the product detail page can not be returned

Note- If you have received the non-returnable item in a defective or damaged condition, you can contact us within 10 days of the product's delivery.

Within What Period Do I Have To Place a Product Return Request?

The item is available for a free replacement within 10 days of the unlikely delivery event of a damaged, defective, or different item delivered to you. Please keep the item in its original condition, with the brand or manufacturer box, MRP tag attached, user manual, warranty card, and another accessory.

Refund For Cash On Delivery Orders

The refund will be processed either to your bank via NEFT or HydroPro Enterprises Pvt Ltd wallet to pay for delivery orders. If you wish to get your refund in your bank account, then you need to update your bank details in your account section

Note- We never processed refunds in the 3rd party accounts. The name on your account must match the name of the bank account holder.

Shipping Cost Refund

1. For the items fulfilled by HydroPro Enterprises Pvt Ltd, we will process shipping cost refund up to Rs. 100/-. The gift-wrapping cost will also get refunded.

Note- If more than Rs- 100 for returning large & bulky items, you can contact us for an additional refund. You need to provide us proof of payment like a courier receipt for a refund of such additional charges.
